MYLAB allows you to manage your medical biology data.  This tool has been designed taking into account all the requirements and expectations of our patients in order to provide you with a quality user experience, where each element contributes to creating a coherent connected ecosystem to accompany you on a daily basis.

MYLAB is also an evolving interface for communication between patients and healthcare professionals, responding to a vision of "4P" medicine:

  • Participative: MYLAB is connected to numerous services (myDSP, appointment booking, Doctena)
  • Predictive: The use of artificial intelligence allows the most recent medical knowledge (international guidelines) to be integrated into the interpretation of results
  • Preventive and Personalised : With the complementary BNEXTCARE application for preventive medicine, the results of analyses are interpreted according to your lifestyle and the data from your connected objects, taking into account international guidelines in order to determine a score and personalised recommendations.

Healthcare professionals also use MYLAB. Therefore, an interconnection is allowed between MYLAB Doctors and MYLAB Patients, with regular updates of the functionalities.

 

Enhanced security and privacy

All your data is stored and hosted on our servers in Luxembourg, accessible only to authorised persons (you and your prescribing doctor), with no data storage on the phone. A connection is systematically requested in order to guarantee you maximum security.

MYLAB allows you to easily and intuitively

 

 

  • access your test results or those of your relatives (children, parents) at any time and in real time from your computer, tablet or smartphone
  • access your Shared Care Record (SCR) and therefore all your laboratory results, including those performed in another laboratory
  • to pre-register by downloading your prescription before coming to take your sample, in order to save time in your care by our nurse
  • pay a bill by credit card or Apple Pay
  • find the nearest collection centre and be guided to it
  • make an appointment for a blood test at the address of your choice, free of charge, using our mobile service PICKEN DOHEEM 
  • make an appointment for a Covid-19 test
  • use Doctena to find a doctor, by specialty or health facility, and make an appointment for a medical consultation
  • consult the laboratory's news
  • view thematic streaming videos on subjects related to your health

How do I log in for the first time? How do I add a relative?

 

First connection :

 

  1. You will receive an SMS and an email containing a token

  2. Download the MYLAB application on your smartphone or access the login page via the mylab.lu website

  3. Click on "Login with Token" and enter the Token received by SMS and e-mail

  4. Enter your date of birth, your e-mail address and choose a password

  5. Your MYLAB account is activated

Add a relative :

 

    With an existing MYLAB account:

  1. Log in to your MYLAB account
  2. Click on the "My relatives" icon
  3. Enter the Token received by SMS and e-mail and the date of birth of your relative

   Without an active MYLAB account :

  1. Download the application on your smartphone or access via mylab.lu
  2. Click on "Login with Token" and enter the token received by SMS and e-mail
  3. Enter the date of birth of your relative

Pre-registration : 

Please register your prescription before taking the sample to save time in your care by our nurse.

Centres:

Find the nearest centre for a walk-in blood test.

Blood sampling appointment:

Thanks to our mobile service PICKEN DOHEEM, whether you are a resident or a borderer, make an appointment, free of charge, for your blood samples for you and your loved ones (children, parents), at the address and time of your choice.

Covid-19 test appointment:

With our Safeplace.lu service, make an appointment at a sampling centre, at home or at your workplace for a Covid-19 diagnostic test.

Results:

From your computer, tablet or smartphone, access in real time all your test results or those of your relatives (children, parents) including those of other laboratories via your myDSP account integrated into MYLAB.

Invoices :

Pay, in complete security, a bill of fees by credit card or Apple Pay.

My friends and family:

Manage the accounts of your relatives (children, parents) and access their results.

Find a doctor:

Make an appointment for a medical consultation via Doctena integrated with MYLAB.

Bionext TV:

Access thematic streaming videos on topics related to your health.

MYLAB NURSE

Our medical staff use MYLAB's "Collection" module to ensure optimal care during your collection:

  • It is a paperless solution, as we can use an electronic prescription
  • Blood collection is minimised as we only use the number of tubes required for your analysis
  • The tubes are pre-identified and pre-barcoded avoiding any risk of misidentification
  • The questions necessary to perform your tests are listed so that nothing is forgotten
  • Your CNS cover is checked as well as the guarantees of complementary health insurance (according to agreement)
  • We provide information on the coverage by the health insurance and the possible remaining costs
  • We edit the consent forms according to the analyses requested by your doctor
