Chargé de communication (H/F)

Permanent contract – Full-time

Your duties (non-exhaustive list):

  • Design attractive visuals, illustrations and infographics for our website, social media, print and digital media (flyers, posters, brochures, etc.) in accordance with the laboratory's communication strategy
  • Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all communication media. Co-host our social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by regularly publishing engaging content
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and suggest improvements. Develop innovative visual concepts
  • Effectuer des recherches et rester à l'affût des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de design graphique
  • Research and stay on top of graphic design trends and best practices
  • Support for event communication actions (trade fairs, information stands, visits, public relations, press relations, etc.)

Profile :

  • Bac +3 to Bac +5 in computer graphics / web designer
  • You speak French fluently, with good knowledge of English/German, the Luxembourgish language is an additional asset
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the field of digital marketing and/or social media, with a solid portfolio to support
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good interpersonal skills. Versatility and organization
  • Responsiveness and rigor
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg market and its players

Skills and qualities required:

  • Mastery of the Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Good design and web culture (graphics, UX/ergonomics, etc.)
  • Ability to understand creative briefs and transform them into impactful visual concepts
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of current design and social media trends
  • Skills in logo design, photo editing and layout
