Statistics Project Manager (M/F)

Your duties (non-exhaustive list):

Analytical project coordination: Supervise the parties involved and ensure the smooth running of statistical projects, meeting deadlines and objectives.
Data analysis: Select and apply the statistical methods best suited to the problems to be solved.
Data management: Ensure the quality, security and structuring of data used for analysis.
Decision analysis: transform statistical analysis results into concrete recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with current ethical, regulatory and methodological standards.

Profile :

Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, data science or similar field.
Previous experience in statistical project management or data analysis (ideally in the healthcare or medical analysis sector).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Skills and qualities required:

Technical skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Métabase software, database management and programming skills (VBA, PHP, HTML, SQL), work planning, priority management and meeting deadlines.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand the needs of different stakeholders and to work cross-functionally, rigor, precision and organizational skills, ability to synthesize and popularize complex data, teaching and communication skills, discretion and respect for confidential information.
Languages: Fluency in French is an asset.
